Return Shipping:
• You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
• Please securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
• All returns must include the packing slip.
Refund Method:
• Refunds will be issued as a gift card for the Sabrina Estes online store.
• The gift card will be issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s).
• The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your original purchase.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the gift card to be processed and delivered.
Store Credit Only:
• We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods.
• The gift card can only be used for purchases at the Sabrina Estes online store.
• The gift card has no expiration date and can be used for multiple transactions until the full amount is used.
Exclusions:
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings unless they are defective.
• Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
• We will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions based on the situation.
• Our team will respond within 24–48 hours of receiving your report.
