We offer free shipping on orders of $150 and over!

As a boutique, we aim for every order to arrive promptly and safely. Here’s what you need to know:

• Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are based on weight, starting at $10. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

• Double Check Your Address

Accurate addresses are critical. Any additional changes for incorrect addresses will be your responsibility. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll reship it, but additional shipping charges will apply.

• Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. Once we’ve filed a claim with the carrier, we’ll reship your order or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.

Please Note: We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered. For stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

• Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, we’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please reach out to the carrier directly if your package is late.
